Happy New Year! This year I wish for myself and for everyone more laughter and Joy. I also intend to not put so much pressure on myself for things I do not have or that I did not get accomplished, and to be more thankful for what I have. What I have is how all of you have touched my life in a wonderful way. Teaching yoga has been the most rewarding career that I could have ever dreamed of. Many of you have been a part of this career in one form or another. Thank you for your support!
I have added more public classes to my yoga schedule in a cozy location in Campbell called The Enlightened Mind. These are gentle yoga classes that integrate my meditative teachings from my training in India. Although these classes just started a few months ago, a sweet community of like minded individuals are already bonding and supporting each other. We would love to have more of you join us every Monday and Wednesday morning at 9-10:15am.
We are adding two more classes to this Campbell location:
Starting Thursday, January 22 we are adding a 5:30pm Gentle Yoga Class and Friday, January 23rd 9-10:15am. Please join us!
The Next Pranayama, Yin, and Meditation Workshop is Feb 1, 3-6pm
